No utensils, plates, or servingware included. Samosa boxes were unlabeled, so we couldn't know which was beef and which was veggie without cutting in to them. The bags were labeled, but the actual items were not so we had to re-label everything once it was removed from the bags to prevent confusion. The sauces were not identified, so no one knew what they were. I did not receive any communication that the order had arrived at the beginning of our delivery window so the food sat for 15+ minutes The flavor of the food was really good- but the delivery itself made the entire experience much more complicated than it needed to be.
