Whether you’re producing a full scale film, directing a short TV commercial, or managing a product photoshoot at the studio, finding great catering options to feed your crew can be an arduous process. We're here to make your job easier!
There is a lot to juggle when it comes to production catering. On top of looking for delicious food from quality restaurants, we know you have a tight schedule to keep — punctual deliveries need to be fit into your precisely planned yet hectic schedule, and delays lead to overtime costs that your tight budget doesn’t account for. Furthermore, we know your plans are always in flux with unpredictable call times, last minute guest add-in and drop-outs, and potentially even location changes. You’ll need delicious food options where the restaurant is not only extremely flexible but also on-time. Pair all of the logistical nightmare with a team full of special dietary requests and unique food preferences, and you have quite a bit on your plate!
Essential Features for Your Production Catering
Last Minute Options and Flexible Changes
Many of our options are available for you to order the day before, and some are even available day-of. On top of that, our customer service team (or your account manager) is ready to assist you with any last minute changes in timing, location, and headcount.
Punctual Deliveries from Vetted Restaurants with Production Catering Experience
We vet our restaurants strenuously and only work with the ones with professional service and punctual deliveries. We know you have a strict schedule to keep, and we will make sure your crew is well fed and happy.
Individual Ordering
No hassle for the meal coordinator with everyone's individual dietary needs! If your crew wants to individually select meals, you can start a group order where meals will come delivered with each person's name written on it.
Optional Account Manager
If you have a long production schedule ahead of you and would like an account manager, we’d be happy to provide one. Let us take care of the hassle of menu selection and ordering for a variety of dietary needs.
CaterCow provided catering for our 25 day shoot and they were FANTASTIC on every level! First of all, their individually packaged meals were Covid Safety compliant and they labeled everyone's name on their order so meal distribution was a breeze. Our Cast & Crew loved their menu selections and looked forward to making their meal selections every week. The food was delivered promptly and at the proper temperature. The team at CaterCow were such a pleasure to work with and they went above and beyond to accommodate any special dietary needs for our team members. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Our production needed a caterer that could provide individually wrapped meals for our crew, and CaterCow was able to do that and more. They provided an easy to use menu that allowed each crew member to make their selection as well as notify the restaurant about any allergies or special requests. CaterCow was able to utilize a wide range of restaurants in our area so that we could have a different menu each meal and still receive the same great quality of food and price. The customer service was top notch and they were flexible enough to work with our ever changing schedule. I highly recommend using CaterCow and look forward to working with them again soon.

As a Producer, I've used CaterCow many times to provide shoots with high quality catering. During multi-day productions, lunch fatigue gets real, and having good meals to look forward to is super important (as you all know, well-fed crew = happy crew = productive crew). CaterCow offers a centralized hub to plan your crew meals and fantastic customer support to help tweak orders and delivery for your shoot's exact needs. I've used them in studio and on location, and they've been able to streamline the process for my team and I every time.
