To join the CaterCow marketplace, click Join Now on our Get More Catering Orders page, then click Create Your Account. Your account and first kitchen are ready right away. You finish your kitchen’s setup, apply to the marketplace from it, and we review your application to see whether we’re a good fit. If you only want to take your own orders, you can sign up for Stable instead.
Set up your kitchen and apply
You sign up with the same form as Stable, and you land on your Kitchens page. Your first kitchen can’t take orders until you finish its setup: business hours, delivery, menu, team, and marketplace settings, where you choose the business and bank account that get paid. You don’t have to finish every step yourself. A teammate with the Admin or Finance / Hands-Off Owner role can complete identity verification and add a bank account for you.
On the last step, click Apply to the marketplace. The page confirms Application submitted, and your kitchen shows In review under Marketplace on your Kitchens page. You can’t send another application while one is under review.
Take your own orders while you wait
Your account is a Stable account, so you don’t have to wait for our review to start taking orders. Under Turn on in-house ordering on the Application submitted page, click Enable In-house. You then finish the in-house settings and start your Stable subscription, and you can share your own ordering link with your customers. If our team sent you a link
If our team sent you a link to join, the form is titled Join CaterCow. Submitting it takes you straight to setting up your account, with no review.
How we review applications
We only accept restaurants that meet certain criteria and operate in our markets. We check your menu and kitchen before we list them. When we’re receiving a lot of applications, review can take a while, and we’ll reach out as soon as we can.
You don’t need any licenses or certifications from us to apply (see Do I need to have licenses or certifications to sign up?).
Getting listed on the marketplace
Your kitchen needs a bank account verified through Stripe and a menu approved by CaterCow. Once we approve your application, we turn on marketplace listing for your business, and Marketplace shows Active on your Kitchens page. Customers can then find you in search.
